Can I Have My Ceremony On Site?
Yes, we have a beautiful outdoor Gazebo that is perfect. With flower gardens and rustic stone walls, it is a great backdrop for your ceremony. We can also arrange for elegant indoor ceremonies as well. Speak with the sales Staff for details.

What Type of Menus Do You Offer?
The Chef and his staff offer multiple plated options including elegantly paired combination meals. He also offers Buffet and Cocktail/Hor D’Oeuvres receptions. A Chef’s Stations package has recently beeen introduced and is quickly becoming the Club favorite.

Can I Have A Champagne Toast for My Guests?
Yes, a champagne toast is generally included in a Leicester Country Club Wedding Package.

Can I Bring In Our Own Liquor?
No, we are not allowed by beverage laws to have outside liquor served in our facility.

Are there Soft Drinks for the Kids?
Yes, soft drinks are available for all guests and can be added into any package.

Can I Have Wine Service During Dinner?
Yes, in most cases you may offer wine service for your guests. We have an extensive wine list from which you may choose from in advance. Charges will be based upon the amount of bottles opened and served to your guests. Please contact your Sales Manger to inquire about our wine list. An additional fee applies.

Who Will Be Coordinating All of the Details for My Wedding?
The Sales Manager will be your main point of contact throughout the entire planning process of your wedding. They will also be at your ceremony rehearsal—if it is onsite—and will be assisting the banquet managers on your wedding day.

What Additional Amenities Do You Offer?
Frequently Asked for Additional Amenities Include: Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony, Open Bar Packages, Justice of the Peace, Champagne Fountain, Music Services, Wine Service, Candy Buffet, Elegant Upgraded Linens, a Custom Designed Wedding Cake, and Fresh Floral Centerpieces. *It’s your day. Ask us if you don’t see something listed.

Who Is In Charge of Setting Up the Reception Space?
Our staff, including banquet and sales managers will set up all of the standard items for your reception including tables, chairs, linens, and bar set up. Your Sales Manager will also be in charge of setting any additional elements that have been planned for your day. Some additional fees may apply.

Can I Tour the Facility?
Yes, we encourage you to tour the facility. Day time hours are best, Monday through Friday. Be sure to call ahead of time and schedule a time so that we can give you a full tour and answer any of your questions.

What is the Deposit Schedule?
An initial $1000 deposit is due with the signing of the contract. An additional deposit is required (6) months prior to your event.

Do You Have A Brides/Bridal Room?
Yes, we offer a large suite available for Ballroom weddings as well as a room available to Leicester Room events.Suites/Rooms are generally available for up to 1.5 hours prior to your event.
